We raise and train puppies for field trials, hunting and
working dog programs.
We train pups using a unique approach combining reward
based motivational training and our knowledge of what the
growing pup is capable of learning at different stages of
development. This assures that your pup learns to love
training while learning foundational skills they can
integrate into adult training programs.
In addition to our board and train for puppies we offer
private and group instruction for puppies and their owners.

We are really excited about the new puppy work we're doing.
Take a look at some of the results
Puppy casting This clip shows a Lucy at 11
weeks old lining out over a small obstacle, stopping on sit
at a distance on the return, and casting to a place
board from the remote sit.
Puppy Triple This clip shows one of the hazards
of puppy training. Here a young Lucy 12 weeks
old does a triple with three thrown marks. She gets the
first and runs to the second mark without delivering the
first retrieve. But she does get all three marks and clearly
shows good memory.

This is the first in a
series of training videos. This video shows the latest in
e-collar training and conditioning. Whether you want a Field
Trial, Hunt Test or super shooting dog this video will show
you how to get started right.
This clip shows four dogs in training, working on
being steady, marking and
taking turns. This is a large file, we're still
learning about video and filming.

In 1985 or there about I trained an Axis deer for a television
commercial
This is a short clip, something I found laying
around, it was shot on a home video camera. The quality of
the video is poor, but it does show twelve dogs in a group
under control with a little celebration at the end. The youngest dog is ten months old, the
oldest 3.5 years. There is one Chesapeake Bay Retriever, one
Golden Retriever, one Irish Water Spaniel in the group, the
rest are Labs.
